A side dish for many things. This recipe could be used for breakfast potatoes. These potatoes pair well with pork chops, steak, or chicken. It could also be a substitute for French fries. Versatile.
In a large bowl add:
8 cups yellow potatoes cubed (leave the skin on)
1/4 cup avocado oil
1/2 cup dehydrated chopped onion
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon salt
Toss the ingredients together until the potatoes are evenly coated.
Transfer into a 9 x 13 baking dish and spread evenly. Bake uncovered at 375 degree Fahrenheit for one hour.
