This is great with sliced veggies or chips. It also works well as a salad dressing. I use my homemade mayonnaise recipe in this dip.
In a bowl combine the following:
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon dried chives
1/2 teaspoon dried dill
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/8 teaspoon salt
Mix with a whisk until smooth. Refrigerate for an hour before using to enhance the flavor.
